| Placing an order with CRM Designs & Picture This is deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
| Although care and attention has been made to avoid any errors on this website. We accept that some maybe present. These will be ammended at the earliest possible time. |
| The customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary authority to reproduce pictures, artwork, photographs, etc. CRM Designs & Picture This accepts no responsibility for any infringement of copyright and will be indemnified by the customer from any claim arising thereof. |
| CRM Designs & Picture This has the right to refuse to reproduce an image if we feel you do not have the relevant rights or permissions or if it is in any other way inappropriate. |
| CRM Designs & Picture This reserve the right to use any image we have taken or reproduced for display, promotional purposes and staff training. |
| Photo editing and restoration of any kind is heavily dependant upon the quality of the original image. Therefore in a minority of cases exact reproductions are not always possible. |
| CRM Designs & Picture This accept liability for any damaged caused by our negligence only. |
| Life expectancy predictions of inks are based upon research conducted by both Wilhelm Imaging Research and HP and are based upon prints being placed in ideal conditions. |

Cancellation/Returns Policy

| You reserve the right to cancel your order at any time however due to the bespoke nature of the orders you will be liable for costs incurred depending upon how far through the production process your order has progressed. |
| CRM Designs & Picture This must be notified of any returns within seven working days from the date of receipt/collection of the item(s) |
| You must return the item(s) within 14 days |
As all of CRM Designs & Picture This' services are bespoke, any item that has been completed and delivered in good condition will not be refunded. Damaged items will be refunded free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for the re-posting of any bespoke items produced to you requirements.
